Role & Responsibilities
- Webflow Development: Own the end-to-end management of our Webflow websites, including implementing new pages, maintaining performance, and ensuring brand consistency across builds.
- CMS Structuring: Design and maintain a scalable Webflow CMS schema that supports a wide range of dynamic content (e.g., event listings, speakers, agenda).
- Performance Optimisation: Continuously improve site performance, including mobile speed (e.g., LCP < 2.5s), by applying Webflow best practices, lightweight animations, and clean asset handling.
- Visual Accuracy: Translate Figma files and detailed mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive builds with exceptional attention to detail.
- Third-Party Integrations: Collaborate with our tech team to support Webflow’s integration with tools like Airtable, Make.com, or Slack (e.g., pushing CMS updates or form submissions).
- Content Automation: Help streamline internal workflows by reducing manual site updates through smart use of CMS and automation tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality site updates at speed.
- QA & Testing: Own quality assurance for Webflow work — from accurate layout implementation to cross-device responsiveness and performance testing.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for your Webflow builds and CMS logic to make it easy for others to maintain and scale.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in Webflow with a strong portfolio of responsive, performant, and visually accurate websites.
